Ability to use doc templates for 1 client OR 2 clients

At the moment, if you add the placeholders for client 1 and client 2, you cannot then use the document with just one client.

If adding 2 client’s placeholders not being able to add just one to produce the document, so all the documents currently have to be for single client.
