Ability to mark an employee as "on annual leave" and automatically reassigns tasks to another employee

it would be good if when an employee goes on holiday, you can mark this, and assign a “holiday cover” - then any tasks that are assigned to them manually or within a workflow is automatically passed to the employee put as their cover, and then when the annual leave is up, the tasks return to the original employee
