Ability to amend date stamp on note

Sometimes when adding a note to task, it because we have remembered something after the event. It would be more helpful if we could therefore manually date stamp the note, rather than it being dated at the time of adding the note.

A solution for good audit trail could be for the time stamp to be in the format:

Note Date: 1st July 2024 at 08:39 (Last updated by: John Bowden 30th July 2024 at 11:25).
