Second that. Would be very helpful to have automatically calculated totals for both.
I'm surprised this isn't already a feature. I customised the Expenses setup to mirror Voyant. To really make that useful, it needs to subtotal and total. Would be helpful anyway, but making use of the information is not easy if it's just left line-by line. Same for income. It would be helpful to have it calculate for different timeframes (e.g. monthly, annually, etc.) and if it eventually could take their tax status and calculate net and gross, regardless of input - chef's kiss. But that's just a bonus.
Expenditure totals definitely need to be included, clients always ask "what does that total?" and after them giving all the information its a manual calculation. I look forward to hearing an update on this.
This is essential, in my view. Without totals and subtotals, the expenditure feature isn't something I'm keen to use. I'd rather gather it outside of Plannr.
Agree with Mark - should be essential. Really needs to be there otherwise no way of seeing shortfalls
