To add to this might we might not want to save the actual call recording but possibly would want a prompt after calls complete to capture call notes (and give us an option to spin off follow up tasks) and also possibly like to have something from an MI perspective that shows the quantity/length of calls and provide MI in this regard for a client/family group.
