We've started work on the SmartSearch integration. Will keep you posted with updates on this.
Development is progressing nicely. We're just exploring creating a "checks" area against a client record that will be used as a universal way of showing what background checks you've run along with all supporting documents / uploads. Shouldn't be long now!
@gareth_at_plannr - sounds great! Will the 'checks' area show PASS, FAIL, any notes etc from the search?

Not to upset the applecart but it would be amazing if, given SmartSearch does ongoing monitoring for us, the integration could include Plannr flagging up any new alerts, and potentially flag that we need to do a new SmartSearch when we/the client update certain personal details like name/address? Apologies if this is already in the mix, I'm new here!

I'd love some idea on when this might land? It would save me doing a lot of research on other solutions if it was imminent.

@simon_munday Hi Simon, this one's had to take a little backseat whilst we work on the brand new client portal. We're due to pick work back up in Feb on this - so it is still coming!
