So with our current generation of fact-finds you can tweak the title of each section and add an introduction but we're looking to build in more options on the fact-finds to allow you to personalise them further. Keeping this ticket open for now as we'll update this with our plans.

Currently inactive plans are included on a fact-find, is it possible to add Out of Force, Frozen, transferred as options to plans, to clearly annotate the current status of a plan on the Fact-Find, please?

To add another request, could we have the clients Risk level and Tax threshold pulled through on the factfind snapshot - this is useful in a review and for compliance, showing a snapshot at the time of recommendations
