When were setting tasks and making notes for a client, it would be very useful if we could attach screenshots. As lots of relevant information on cases can be shared within our teams through this. At the moment we are having to refer to files for admin staff to look into and refer to.
Were not able to copy and past screen shots as it stands, but I remember we could in the past.
