New Post
I posted about this 18 months ago and when my post was closed 10 months ago, I assumed it must be because some kind of alternative solution was imminent. Apparently not.
Add 'Uploadable PDF' functionality to Signature Requests.
The majority of our clients now approve application forms and switch forms via e-signature rather than by physical 'wet' signature. Currently, there is no way of requesting signatures via Plannr for anything other than documents generated within Plannr itself via Document Builder. Most of the documents we need signing are PDFs generated via the investment platforms themselves and it is therefore not currently possible to obtain signature via Plannr.
Currently, we obtain e-signatures for client documents outside of Plannr by uploading PDF documents for the client to sign/approve via an alternative client portal. This is far from ideal and means using several fragmented systems at the same time. We really want to ditch our other client portal and use the integrated portal within Plannr but we can't do this until the basic functionality of requesting signatures for uploadable PDFs becomes available.
It's about time that 'Uploadable PDF' functionality was added to Signature Requests so we can get on and use Plannr as a full, stand alone system instead of having to use a separate client portal just to obtain e-signatures.
