We are proposing to use tags to group clients based on their interests e.g. cyclist which will be useful for marketing and the like. However as we add more tags its harder to remember each one and would be much more user friendly if clicking the (+) popped up a tag cloud and you could just click all the relevant tags for the client (as well as add a new tag).
