I really like the instant message feel of conversations which will be awesome when the mobile app is launched, however I would very much like to export a conversation at any point for audit trail purposes. The option to export to .pdf or .docx would be a really great addition.

This would be great, presently, you have to print as a PDF and sometimes bits of the page are missing
