We are setting up automations, some of which include sending an email to clients. We ran a test and found that the email comes from plannr. When queries, I was told that that is the only option at the moment In this respect it makes this feature unsuable for us, unfortunately. The clients will need to reply and it needs to be one of the company email addresses. I'm surprised this isn't an option, even basic mailing programs like mailchimp and convert kit allow you to set the email from which the email is sent. I would really grateful if this could be looked at as priority. Coming from plannr, the clients will not trust the email Thanks
