I agree with this. See my community post (link below). Vulnerability continues to get a lot of regulatory attention and something we as advisers need to constantly record, review and reflect about our interactions with clients new and existing. There needs to be a strong framework in Plannr to support us in this (and in turn for us to report to regulator that we are doing so).
