Improved

We’ve rolled out some new bits of functionality within cases today to continue enhancing case management in Plannr for your team.
Firstly, we have added Case Assignment. This means you can name a colleague (or group of colleagues) as the owner of the case. This is helpful for reporting, compliance reviews, and knowing who to poke when something’s missing!

Secondly, the eagle-eyed amongst you will notice that from the above screenshot we now have Case Review Dates! This has been a long requested feature enhancement and we’re happy to have rolled this out in this release.
Thirdly, you can now determine whether any incomplete tasks within a case will stop you from completing a case - or whether you force the team to go and complete the tasks manually to ensure everything is ship-shape first. This can be found in Settings under Case Options.

Finally, we’ve updated the case filters so that you can manage your case kanban board (or list view) with the new employee assignment and review date functionality. Hooray!

Some lovely little additions to make your case management that much easier on a day to day basis.
