Good news - we’ve just boosted our Vulnerability data capture in Plannr to fall in line with the consumer duty categories around Vulnerability reporting.
You can now (multi-) select the Vulnerability Type and add a duration, along with the date of your last Vulnerability assessment, and specific details of the assessed or potential vulnerability.
If you want to update your client bank in bulk with this new data, our importers have been refreshed to enable you to add these items in for any relevant clients. Exports will show this data, and it’ll be visible on the Core client information in Plannr.
For a fast follower, we’ll be giving you the ability to select whether this information is visible on the fact find snapshot or not, on a client by client basis. This will enable you to make the information available to your compliance teams as part of the client or case review, or opt to keep it confidential in, say, the client facing snapshot if you feel that would be more appropriate.
