Conversations - filter by adviser, client, sort by date, & search
Currently the conversations with clients is a bit of a random, jumbled up mess if Iβm honest. Itβs difficult to find anything and go back to recent conversations. Please consider adding features such as filter by adviser conversations, filter by client, sort by date and most recent, and a search option. Some way of grouping the conversations with the same clients would be great too, rather than the way it currently is.

Additional New Business Statuses
Please can you add Rejected and Deferred as options under the New Business Event Status, as this more accurately reflects the new business process. As an adviser, I need the ability to set a recommendation to Deferred so that I can easily identify what I need to follow up with the client about at a later date, without losing track of them. E.g. A Client needs to consider options or sell assets elsewhere before going ahead with our recommendation.

Iβve used online factfinds from Cashcalc and Fincalc. Both systems allow you to accept/modify any changes to a submitted factfind before accepting them. With Plannr, any mistakes by the client go straight in. There should be an option to validate additions/changes before accepting them.

Confusing Questions/Labels for Deceased Clients
I'm not clear about some of the field within the Basic Details section for when one member of a couple dies. The question 'Is this person married to their partner' is confusing. They were when alive but obviously not now! What is meant to go into that field. It would be helpful if by stating that the client is deceased, either a new question comes up such as βWas the client married to their Partner at the time of their death?β and/or maybe have another toggle for βIs this person married to their partnerβ Yes/No/Yes at time of death. Likewise, 'Marital Status' - clearly one is Widowed but what do you enter for the deceased? Maybe have Deceased as an option there or again, Previously Married to their partner.

There should be some way of seeing the impact of changing the email branding without actually sending an email. Otherwise, it does get quite tedious as you can only test it by sending test emails.

Adandoned cases should offer to also abandon tasks
When abandoning or deleting a case the connected tasks associated should also offer to be abandoned, deleted or re-allocated at the same time. It does not make sense that they just remain.

It would be helpful to have on the valuation report what ISA allowance has been used in the investments tab so the report can be used as part of the annual review process to easily analyse where GIA>ISA transactions need to be actioned for the tax year.
