⚡️ Where you have an pre-existing fact find schema that’s been sent out to a client, or multiple clients, and they’re midway through filling it out - we have LOCKED that template so you can’t make any changes to it and break the fact find for your client.

⚡️ You’ll see it in your new fact find templates area and it’ll tell you who’s using it. You can click on the three dots to select Clone & Edit, and that’ll allow you to create a copy which you can then play with, to add any of the additional new functionality that’s available to you now. Or you can just start again from scratch and build whole new templates from the ground up!
