We have now added auto-assigning tasks to your paraplanners in the workflow task creation modal! So now, when you’re building your workflows in Plannr you can automagically assign tasks to the following assigned people from your clients’ contact records:
the client themselves
the assigned adviser
the assigned administrator
the assigned paraplanner
individual employees
a group of employees
To assign your dedicated team at a client level, you simply head to the client record and from the Actions menu, Update Basic Details. Under the service tab, there you can allocate your assigned team.

You can edit your existing workflows and swap out any paraplanning groups you were using, for the new Assigned Paraplanner toggle now!
